a positive path forward
Where Nothing is Permanent.
Hello, I am Alexis.
I am a 52-year-old wife, mother of 4, middle child, wisdom seeker, lifelong friend to just a few, my circle is small, a trusted confidant, and daughter of the most high. I have gone through life’s trials and tribulations and came out the other end in freedom. I have seen it all. Living with a chronic pain condition for 30 years now, I’ve been through marriage and divorce, miscarriage, childbirth, death, grief, anxiety, depression, and a child going through mental health challenges. I returned to follow my purpose in life and is to help humanity. I earned my BA in psychology and my MA in Human Services Counseling. I completed my practicum and internship in a mental & behavioral health hospital where I started in clinical mental health counseling to earn my ALC and then LPC. I powered though the forensic unit and moved to residential treatment and eventually the group home settings. I gained experiences in working with both adults and adolescents with mental health conditions like PTSD, ADD, Depression, Anxiety disorders, schizoaffective & schizophrenia disorders including audio and visual hallucinations, eating disorder, self-injurious behaviors, suicide attempts and ideations, sexual trauma, human trafficking, and physical abuse just to name a few. All that to say, the conditions were real, the trauma was real, and the cycle was real that it was wearing me down. I decided and needed to take a step away from acute care and focus on lighter issues and thus I am starting my life coaching company to assist you in reaching your personal and professional goals.

life may feel like a bumpy road at times.
This all started when my mother passed away 11 years ago. It was then when I realized that life was too short and we are only here for a breath in comparison to the universe. I decided to start a new journey in life and reach my calling to help others. As a compassionate and empathic person, allow me the pleasure to use my education and experience to help get out of a rut and help you see the positive parts of YOU.
